Refund Policy

At Make My Gazette, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below is our combined policy for cancellations and refunds:

  • Cancellations: Allowed within 24 hours of booking. Email- info@makemygazette.com or contact support for assistance.
  • Refunds:
    • Full refund for cancellations within 24 hours.
    • Partial refunds if the service is canceled after work initiation.
    • No refunds after file submission to the Gazette Office.
    • In case your file is rejected by the department, a full refund will not be issued — applicable file processing, affidavit, and newspaper publication charges will be deducted.
  • Processing: Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.
