Refund Policy
At Make My Gazette, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below is our combined policy for cancellations and refunds:
- Cancellations: Allowed within 24 hours of booking. Email- info@makemygazette.com or contact support for assistance.
- Refunds:
- Full refund for cancellations within 24 hours.
- Partial refunds if the service is canceled after work initiation.
- No refunds after file submission to the Gazette Office.
- In case your file is rejected by the department, a full refund will not be issued — applicable file processing, affidavit, and newspaper publication charges will be deducted.
- Processing: Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.
